How to Order

HOW TO ORDER:

All items especially k-pop albums on our site are available only through PRE-ORDER unless stated under ONHAND.

Be sure to read first our TERMS and CONDITIONS. Then create an account / Login with an existing store account.

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT:

  1. Click Sign Up/Create an account
  2. Fill up your correct information note that use your current/active e-mail address (you will receive a confirmation email that you have successfully created an account.
  3. Click Create

 

HOW TO ORDER:

  1. Shop and add the item/s on your cart. You can put more than 1 item on your cart.
  2. If your already done and want to place an order, click CHECK OUT.
  3. Please read carefully and follow instructions
  4. Double check if all the information are correct and  indicate your complete and EXACT address with contact details.
  5.  At the lower section, click ADD A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER. Then inside the box please indicate your details such FB Link or Twitter Username. Also, for any additional order, please indicate it on the notes your previous order number. In cases that you forgot to indicate the said links, please reply it on your CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
  6. Continue with shipping method
  7. Shipping fee posted are all estimate but please choose the appropriate shipping fees. Please do not choose the COMBINE SHIPPING if you don’t have orders for the same batch. If the actual shipping fee is higher than the estimate shipping fee, we will ask you to pay first for the full amount before we ship your items. 
  8. The shop's courier will be J&T Express. Additional charges may apply in any case your area is neither serviceable by above mentioned courier. LBC will be used as an alternative.
  9. Then press "Complete Order"
  10. An order confirmation will be automatically sent through email along with payment details upon checking out of your order.
  11. If you want to change your details once you place your order, reply to your confirmation e-mail your new details and message me on Facebook or twitter for the said change. (If you have next order, and your details on our website is different, kindly change it before placing a new order
  • NOTE: DO NOT CHANGE the SUBJECT TITLE OF YOUR E-MAIL.

    IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

    1. Once you have settled your payment, be sure to submit the PAYMENT FORM (click this)
    2. A payment confirmation will be sent to you if we already claimed your payment
    3. If bank MASTERLIST is updated once I reply NOTED.
    4. Wait for your item to arrive. Please be guided on which batch your under.
    5. If your item is ready for shipping, we will ship it ASAP as long as you are fully paid
    6. No more questions will be answered, if your question is here already, please LEARN TO READ and UNDERSTAND
